Pre-order dispatch — Founder's Edition

The Founder's Edition is a pre-order. Estimated dispatch is early November 2026. This is a genuine estimate based on our current production schedule. We will email you production updates along the way, a dispatch confirmation with tracking when your order ships, and prompt notice if the estimated window changes materially. You can cancel for a full refund at any time until production begins on 15 September 2026 — and if your order has not been dispatched by 30 November 2026, you may cancel for a full refund at any time until it ships (see our Refund Policy).

We currently ship to Australia only (all states and territories).

Shipping cost

Free standard shipping Australia-wide on all Founder's Edition orders.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days depending on your location, with regional and remote areas at the longer end. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Missing or delayed deliveries

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days after dispatch, or your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email hello@sundazeshade.co with your order number and we will chase it up with the carrier.
